- Website Creation:
Refunds: We offer a full refund for website creation services if requested within 3 days from the date of purchase, provided that no work has been started on your project.
Returns: Once work has commenced on your website project, refunds may be subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis. Build Fee: 30% cancellation fee when in progress, 70% cancellation fee when site design is delivered for review. Non-refundable once first revision is completed or after 30 days of the date of the transaction.
- Website Maintenance:
Refunds: Due to the nature of ongoing website maintenance services, refunds are not typically provided once services have commenced.
Returns: If you are dissatisfied with our website maintenance services, please contact us to discuss your concerns, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
- Digital & Branding Bundle:
Refunds: Refunds for digital and branding bundle packages are available within 3 of purchase, provided that no work has been initiated on your project.
Returns: Once work has begun on your digital and branding bundle, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Logo Design: 40% cancellation fee when in progress, non-refundable once artwork delivered.
- Professional Email Signature:
Refunds: Refunds for professional email signature services are available within 5 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the provided design or functionality.
Returns: Once the email signature design has been finalized and delivered to you, returns are not applicable.
- Online Resume CV:
Refunds: Refunds for online resume CV services are available within 5 of purchase, provided that you have not received the final deliverable.
Returns: Once the final version of your online resume CV has been delivered to you, returns are not accepted.

Upon activation of our service, we will do our best to ensure a timely delivery of every service requested. You will be contacted via phone or email within 3 business days to verify that either the information has been completed/received, or to gather additional information as required. You will be emailed a confirmation once the services have been rendered. Any changes/updates made to the DOT Number reflect on the FMCSA system the following business day after the update has been filed.
Accuracy of the provided information is your responsibility, and UCR Digital Solutions does not independently verify this information. You affirm compliance with all relevant laws, including data privacy laws, and necessary authorizations in sharing personal information through these services.
Submission of a Report implies your authorization to act on behalf of the Subject of the Report.
While UCR Digital Solutions assists in report preparation and submission, acceptance by USDOT/FMCSA/FinCen or compliance with 49 CFR/ the Corporate Transparency Act is not guaranteed. UCR Digital Solutions does not offer legal or professional advice.
Refunds and returns: You can cancel your services within 24h from the date of purchase, if the service hasn’t been completed. No refunds are available after service completion.
